These prices are indicative of the wheat being grown and milled in Australia before import into New Zealand.. There are very high milling and clearance costs for lines under 200 tonnes.. These prices are continually reducing as volumes increase .
Already we have germ grain in New Zealand for replication and planting for commercial release in 2024

Hi Fi Bread is available direct from Heritage Bakery in Blenheim. We bake each day and are happy to over night courrier product to anywhere in New Zealand. For out of town dispatch we bake in the afternoon and ship overnight. The bread is excellent fresh, and keeps well but we recommend freezing any bread not likely to be eaten within 2 days. It makes great toast, so order up to 8 loaves and pay only 1 delivery charge! :-)
